Our catering outlets provide a wide range of food and beverage options and include many healthy food choices for staff, students and visitors. This includes the option to purchase fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh drinking water is readily available and a salad bar has been introduced. The catering department is working towards removing trans-fats and lowering the salt and fat content of all food made on site but also ensuring that any foods from external suppliers follow the same principles. The calorie content of breakfast foods, baguettes and hot drink are currently displayed and further work is being undertaken to extend this to more food options by April 2012.
