We have been working on reducing salt across our menu since 2003 and this has enabled us to already exceed the stated 50% target for our procured products. We will continue to build on this through our planned programme of menu innovation and reformulation, and working with our suppliers. Where relevant, our initiatives will be tested to ensure that we remain customer-led in our menu plans. We also provide the salt content of all of our products on packaging and trayliners in restaurants, and online via our website and mobile phone apps.
