Please describe what are you have done over the last year to ensure that your products are marketed responsibly (2000 characters limit):
M&S is a member of the Portman Group and adheres to the Advertising Standards Authority's codes on advertising.
In addition, through our membership of the Retail of Alcohol Standards Group (RASG), we have helped to develop industry-wide guidance on the responsible retailing of alcohol, which covers all aspects of alcohol retailing in the Off-trade including marketing and promotion.
Do you use the Drinkaware logo?
Are you signed up to the Portman Group Code?
Please describe the process you have in place to ensure your company does not advertise alcohol on poster sites within 100m of schools (2000 characters limit):
We also have a policy not to place outdoor posters advertising alcohol within 100m of school gates and we use the Drinkaware brand across our advertising and marketing material.
