Please describe how you report on the health and wellbeing of your employees, including annual sickness rates
We have developed a Health and Wellbeing strategy which will support Trust health and wellbeing initiatives.
We have launched a King's Staff Wellbeing Group which meets regularly to discuss how we can support staff from a health and well-being perspective.
As part of King's Health Partners, the Trust was actively involved in the 'Promoting Employee Physical and Mental Health and Wellbeing Conference' which was held in February 2015.
Again as part of KHP, we are currently in the process of publishing outcome books for our clinical services that will drive up the quality of the care and help patients and referring clinicians make informed decisions. We are developing a section for staff health and wellbeing outcomes which will cover both qualitative and quantitative feedback. Outcomes books are available to the public and appear on the KHP website as well as in hard copy.
