Please describe how you report on the health and wellbeing of your employees, including annual sickness rates
Continual effort remains in place on absence management across Edrington, particularly within manufacturing areas, and our UK figures remain below company target. We do not intend to publish absence figures in the company report, but report on these regularly within team briefs, meetings with trade union representatives, and they are discussed regularly at management forums, some of which are attended by board members.
