H4. Healthier Staff Restaurants

Please decribe how you and your caterers have encouraged healthier restaurants/vending outlet/buffets (as applicable) for your staff over the last year. There is a 2000-character limit when completing this section.
Let's Get Healthy do not have an onsite restaurant or canteen but due to the nature of the business and the ethos of the staff each individual makes the conscious decision of eating healthy within the working day and this is encouraged by management. Fruit and water stations are now funded as the team has doubled in size.Let's Get Healthy have also worked closely with clients restaurants and canteens to help improve the provisions of food and healthy snacks available for staff. This has actively improved the nutritional intake of the employees we have worked with. Water bottles are also given to workplace champions and are often purchased form Let's Get Healthy along with healthy hydrations hints and tips to improve water intake within the workplace.
3 of our staff are completing MsC/MA's in nutrition as part of their development.
