Health and Well-being Reports: We will include sections on health and well-being in our annual reports/websites.We have included health and wellbeing questions in our employee survey for 2011 which are currently being analysed.In September 2012 we offered staff a free seasonal flu vaccination. We have a very active travel health advice service for all UK staff travelling on company business.We continue to afford our employees opportunities to better understand their own health; all our UK-based employees have access to private medical insurance and the opportunity for a face-to-face health screening on a three yearly basis. This supports development of a healthy lifestyle and also helps staff rehabilitate and return to work speedily following any ill health.This is complemented by our on line health record and management system, Wellness Checkpoint (WCP). WCP encourages staff to complete health information in a secure on line format, gives health coaching advice and guidance and can be updated by the individual at any time. Our employees have welcomed this opportunity to gain better understanding of their health issues and almost 70% have completed personal screening.Overall data on screening results is being scrutinised to see what trends can be identified. This information will be used to help shape and form health initiatives in 2012.We have a well developed ergonomic and physiotherapy service which proactively helps prevent and manage muscular skeletal issues. Our employees also have access to on-site complementary and chiropractic therapies.Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is available to both staff and family members and includes open access to counselling. This is fully supported by our psychological health programmes.
