H1. Chronic Conditions Guide and Carers

We have continued to train and support all new and existing line managers at Bidvest 3663 on attendance management, to help those with chronic conditions to remain working. Training sessions have been updated throughout the year to ensure our teams are well equipped to support any of our employees that are suffering from chronic illnesses.
We continue to work closely with our Occupational Health experts and plan to continue this in addition to utilising the new government ‘Fit For Work’ scheme where it can offer additional expertise .We also work in partnership with sector charities who offer practical support to chronic condition sufferers as appropriate.. As a business we are open to any new ideas that will both support those employees that need assistance and benefit the business and at local levels have introduced schemes such as ‘Healthy Heart’
Case management discussions continue to take place across the HR function to share knowledge and best practice on a frequent basis
