We have several projects underway to meet the 2012 salt commitments. There are several parameters that we evaluate when we remove salt from our products. We are finding issues with reducing salt such as compatibility with other markets as many of our recipes travel across Europe. Salt removal in some of our products is changing the entire flavour balance and we are investigating how to resolve this problem as we tend not to replace removed salt with other ingredients.In general, we look to be on target to meet the commitments by the end of 2012 and will report fully at that stage. Pack changes may not reflect the reduction in salt immediately but we hope to change recipes in the factories by the end of 2012.
