At Wells and Young's we are working alongside an external occupational health service. Please find below details of their pledge to us in supporting the wellbeing of Wells and Young's employees.Milton Keynes occupational health has built a reputation for high quality advice and service, together with our speed of response necessary to compliment the demands of todays commercial market.Our experience across a wide spectrum of companies encompassing a broad range of industries allows us to work closely with our customers in constructing and delivering bespoke, customer focussed and efficient solutions.In managing the effectiveness of this delivery our internal quality management system would review the following key attributes (this is not an exhaustive list).Internal qualityskills of staffsecure and auditable administration recordssystemsbusiness continuityCustomer qualityservice contactmedical advice servicesresponse timesWe are committed to monitoring the effectiveness of this quality management policy which can be provided in more detail on request.Milton Keynes occupational health is part of the group association of occupational health services. The association is working towards the SEQOHS accreditation and is currently registered under Harlow occupational health. The association is working together to ensure consistent policies, processes and procedures are in place in order to make the application and accreditation for the remaining businesses more streamline.Should this process not be achieved as quickly as MKOH require it, we commit to independently apply for accreditation in order to achieve this within the timeframe expected.
