Our flexible employment policy is designed to help those who may benefit from different working patterns, either for conditions which directly affect them or for those acting as carers for parents, children or family members.
For employees returning to work after time off due to illness, or who have a chronic condition, we carry out extensive desk/workplace audits and adapt their working environment to best suit their needs and enable them to carry out their role safely and comfortably.
