We have staff restaurants in our three largest offices and our catering provider takes great pride in the food and service. They source the best seasonal ingredients and cook them with flair.
Our catering providers are proud to be licensees for Red Tractor-certified British food and offer Red Tractor assured foods and sustainably sourced fish from their trusted suppliers. Weekly menus will include Red Tractor ingredients.
Our catering providers have also signed up to two of the pledges under the Responsibility Deal: one to reduce salt to the 2012 target level by the end of next year and the other to eliminate artificial transfats (which they have done already).
A new range of calorie-counted salads and sandwiches have been introduced under a Wellbeing Beingwell label. Each light option is nutritionally balanced and as healthy as possible.
Fresh fruit is available to purchase and also available as a healthy option within the hospitality menu.
All our staff kitchen areas have filtered water machines which are freely available. Client hospitality water (still and sparking) is filtered and bottled on site.
