H2. Occupational Health Standards

Are your OHS accredited to the new standards for occupational health services (SEQOHS)?
(a) If yes, when was accrediation achieved?
(b) If not, please indicate when in-house accreditation will be achieved OR when External provider / contractor accreditation will be achieved
We continue use an occupational health service provider who is accredited by Constructing Better Health (CBH) and our own health policy and standards are also in accordance with CBH guidelines. CBH is a not for profit organisation which aims to set industry standards for Occupational Health provision within the construction industry and is recommended by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
As an employer McNicholas are fully committed to promoting and ensuring the provision and maintenance of a healthy and safe working environment for all its employees, and are working with our provider to seek alignment with the SEQOHS standard.
All employees are provided with access to an independent Employee Assistance Helpline which includes the provision of confidential counselling, advice lines covering a variety of personal, family or workplace issues.
