Greenvale works in partership with a number of Occupational Health (OH) providers throughout the country. These providers are either part of the public sector, private sector or have charity status and they provide both pro-active and re-active occupational health advice, support and guidance both to the business and to the individuals working for Greenvale. All Greenvale's OH providers have been informed about our intentions to actively promote the PHRD within the business and, more specifically, our pledge that we will use only occupational health services which meet the new occupational health standards and which aim to be accredited by 2012/13. All our providers responded by saying that they are aware of the new SEQOHS Standards and are either working towards or on a plan with regards to achieving accreditation. We have a desire to work towards long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with our business partners and our approach to this pledge will be true to our values. Given the radically different culture and structure of our OH providers, our deadlines for accreditation with each will depend on a number of factors. Ultimately however, it is our intention to only work with OH providers who are accredited with the new SEQOHS Standard by December 2013.
