H6. Staff Health Checks

How many of your employees have used the staff health check offer? If unknown, please explain why.
Mondelez International is committed to supporting employees to live healthy and active lifestyles. Our Fit for Life programme is a longstanding employee health and wellbeing programme available to all staff in the UK.
Employee health checks have been actively promoted to all employees through Health Fairs and promotional materials. The delivery of the Health Checks is available at all our UK sites providing a dedicated assessment area at each of the 12 sites.
All employees are encouraged to complete a Health Check and are giving the time during working hours to do so. The programme also caters for night shirt workers by completing Health Checks during these shift rotas and those employees that are not based on site - eg Sales force.
This allows a greater uptake of employees participating in the checks. Employees may gain access to Health Checks in a variety of ways including, e mail, telephone, text message or by talking to an onsite Fit for Life champion.
We still continue to encourage employees to sign up for health checks and incentivise with a free months membership at the gym if they have a gym on site.
718 colleagues had Health Checks in 2014.
