The attendance management policy addresses the key responsibilities and duties of all staff with regards to managing attendanceStaff sickness absence will be recorded on ESR on notification by line managers of reasons and dates of absence. (As per formats described within the attendance management policy)Sickness absence analysis trends are reported to Executive Board, Divisional Boards and Directorate Boards on a monthly basis
