F3(b). Artificial Trans Fat Removal

1. Please indicate if partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (p-HVO) used as an ingredient has been removed from all your products/menu items/SKUs?
2. Please indicate if the level of trans fats in oil and fats used in the preparation of food e.g. frying oil, is limited to a maximum of 2%?
3. When will this reformulation be completed?
Since signing the trans-fat pledge in 2011, we have continued to work towards ensuring that our products within our core estate have been reformulated to meet the required targets, and we continue to monitor them as part of our on-going process. We have successfully removed all artificial trans-fat from our core estate supply chain and continue to work towards our commitment.
In conjunction with our specification and supplier management system, this year we have also implemented a master food system which will enable us to have greater visibility of the nutritional content of our products and dishes along with the absence of trans-fat within our products.
