Please describe how you report on the health and wellbeing of your employees, including annual sickness rates
Having recently changed our occupational health provider, we are now receiving monthly reports giving the following information; Number of management referrals undertaken ; International Classification of Diseases (ICD) Morbidity Coding; Work related cases including type of case; Cases resulting in absence from work;
The report also contains details of performance against a number of KPI’s , these being; Consultation with OHA, Consultation with OHP, Report following assessment by OHA, Report following assessment by OHP, First Appointment arranged (from Referral), Appointment First Offer Date (from Referral), Report Provided (from Appointment)
We are now able to use the information provided within the monthly report to track trends / areas requiring improvement.
