Whilst we have not developed an overall annual report we continue to communicate on key success and plans directly with employees on a biannual basis. We have developed a specialist team to drive the health and well being strategy throughout the business and their core objectives will be development of health and well being KPIs and the review and actioning of effective employee communication.
During the period 2014/15 to date we have completed 58 health surveillance sessions with our contracted OH Nurse alongside several medicals in relation to PTS trackside training. We have carried out over 60 drug and alcohol tests on site and continue to assess the workforce for health surveillance needs with the use of our Occupational Health Assessment Matrix.
Health and Wellbeing noticeboards are displayed on all of our sites. These noticeboards contain posters, leaflets and pocket guides to a wide variety of health and wellbeing topics that inform our employees of balanced choices. As a company we have devised a calendar of various Health and Wellbeing Awareness events during 2014/2015 and have organised toolbox talks and relevant literature to be delivered on all of our sites. An example of would be Prostate Awareness month.
