Please provide a link to the latest published information on the health and wellbeing of your employees.
DWP is meeting this pledge as follows: The DWP Health, Safety and Wellbeing annual report is published every July. The latest report is available to view on the DWP website at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/dwp-health-safety-and-wellbeing-annual-report-20122013 . Information on health and wellbeing is also included in the DWP Annual Report and Accounts (page 20): https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/department-for-work-and-pensions-annual-report-and-accounts-2012-to-2013 . Staff sickness rates are published in the same DWP annual report on page 20. Sickness absence in DWP is measured in terms of average working days lost per staff year. To record sickness absence data and calculate rates, the manager inputs the data immediately a member of staff notifies an absence and the personnel computer system calculates the consequences both for the employee's record and the aggregate count using an internal diary. The DWP method conforms to the standard cross-Government approach. Finally, a wide range of health and wellbeing reports are published on the Gov.uk website at: https://www.gov.uk/search?q=wellbeing&organisation=department-for-work-pensions&sort=public_timestamp#departments-policy-results
