As a small Social Enterprise with a handful of employees, we would intend to publish our report on staff health and wellbeing at work on our website ( This will include some of the detail outlined in pledge H1 as an exemplar for managing health problems pro-actively and when they arise. We intend to publish the sickness absence rates of the employees of our organisation as 'the average number of days per employee per year to be consistent with those published by CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development), EEF and CBI (Confederation of British Industry) reports'.The Fit for Work Team will undergo a health needs assessment in 2012 utilising the 'Health, Work and Well-being: Employee Health' assessment tool devised by the East Midlands Public Health Observatory (EMPHO) ( The details of the assessment and any remedial actions undertaken as a result, will be published on our website.
