Employees who suffer from a chronic health condition should ensure that their Manager and Human Resources are informed appropriately. HR will ensure that a confidential occupational health assessment is undertaken and will work with the employee and manager to develop and implement an action plan of reasonable adjustments. At all times employees with a chronic health condition will be treated with sensitivity and respect.

• All new managers will undergo specific HR induction module titled “People Management at GRAHAM”. There will be a comprehensive accompanying online learning tool which outlines best people practice. Information on how GRAHAM deal with employees with chronic conditions will be added to the learning tool/module.

GRAHAM plan that given recent process changes, all current managers will undertake the People management module in 2014/15.
