Please describe how you report on the health and wellbeing of your employees, including annual sickness rates
HSE continue to maintain and develop its relationship with the EAP provider, 'HELP', ensuring delivery of a cost effective, supporting service. They have provided events to staff on a number of issues for managers and staff with a clinical psychologist present to provide further support. A number of events are being planned for 2015. In addition, HSE are currently developing a Wellbeing strategy, working with other Government departments. This will be implemented in September. HSE signed the Time To Change pledge in November 2014 and implemented an action plan. HSE is also aware of the government FIT for Work initiative and will continue to monitor.
