Please describe how you report on the health and wellbeing of your employees, including annual sickness rates
In 2014-2015 we have included details about our approach and progress to wellbeing in our annual company report. We will continue to pledge this in 2015-2016. We have regularly reported on our progress, we have created a wellbeing bulletin for key stakeholders so they are aware of progress. Our Office Wellbeing initiative has been launched with a variety of trailblazers entering their local initiatives for an award.
