Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust will develop links to NHS choices health checks, tools &, self assessments from the Trusts health & wellbeing web pages. These will include:
Healthy eating
Type 2 Diabetes
Alcohol intake
Workplace stress
Long term conditions
BMI Emotional Wellbeing
In addition staff will have access to the NHS Lifecheck tool.
Staff will be actively encouraged to access these by advertising on the Intranet site, promotional literature, wellbeing events, Healh4Work team, Health Champions and in other Trust communications.
Regular events and promotions will be held encouraging eligle staff to participate in other health checks such as breast, bowel and testicular cancer screening. Checks for mole changes, sun damage, sexual health, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
