Through our own Dignity at Work Policy and our participation in the CITB Be Fair Framework we will treat our employees with respect and dignity. Through Be Fair training toolbox talks for operatives and our “People Management at GRAHAM” training module we will work towards preventing bullying and harassment. We will offer an appropriate, safe and sensitive response to any issues raised through our Be Fair system.
