H4. Healthier Staff Restaurants

Please decribe how you and your caterers have encouraged healthier restaurants/vending outlet/buffets (as applicable) for your staff over the last year. There is a 2000-character limit when completing this section.
We are driving this pledge at our Head Office and will then plan to roll out successful initiatives to the wider group. The removal of salt to an area where it is not readily accessible and has to be fetched is an early part of our pledge with a view to total removal of salt as an addition. Our catering team are working with us to identify low fat, low calorie dishes and also to encourage purchase of healthier options by offering a further reduction in price for these options.
A meeting of our CEO, Health manager and catering managers is planned for Q2 2014 to identify further initiatives
