SEQOHS, (Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service) is a set of standards which, through the process of accreditation, aims to help raise the overall standard of care provided by occupational health services, thus helping to make a meaningful difference to the health of people of working age. It is a requirement of the Department of Health NHS Health and Well-being Improvement Framework and the NHS Healthy Staff, Better Care for Patients policy documents that all NHS occupational health provided should be fully accredited.

Ashford and St Peter's Occupational Health Department gained SEQOHS Accreditation status in September 2012. The department is committed to maintaining its high standards thus retaining its accreditation status.
