Please describe what are you have done over the last year to ensure that your products are marketed responsibly (2000 characters limit):
Over the past year we have been developing our high level marketing strategy and our product development plan. The plan to launch the single malt has not changed significantly and it is most likely that our product will not be sold, in bottle form, for a further 10 years at the very least. In the run up to the product launch we will develop all of our marketing tools along with our selected in market distribution partners, all of the materials and plans will be audited to ensure that that all comply with the relevant codes of best practice current at that time. Our web site will not be launched until quarter three of 2015 and development is about to start, our responsible alcohol consumption policy will be made clear on this website.

Not at present but this will be part of the website development carried out later this year

Please describe the process you have in place to ensure your company does not advertise alcohol on poster sites within 100m of schools (2000 characters limit):
It is not our plan to sell the single malt in the UK. When we are ready to launch the single malt in 10 years or more from now we will audit all 'bill board' or similar advertising to ensure that the locations are appropriate including proximity to schools
