H1. Chronic Conditions Guide and Carers

Line Managers are made aware, during Line Manager Training sessions, of our policy of chronic conditions, and how to deal with them in workplace. We are also changing our occupational health provider, and we are working with them to make our employees more aware of chronic conditions. We are also planning to run a yearly check for chronic conditions in existing employees. We are still working on our "Working Through Cancer" policy, and aim to have this completed by the end of the year.
