All employees who engage in our healthcare scheme, offered via PruHealth, can gain vitality points by actively exercising either through a pedometer to joining a partnership gym. By actively engaging in Vitality the employee is able to strive towards a healthier lifestyle as well as earning points towards their membership; the more points gained through active participation the greater the cash back directly from the provider at the end of the year.We have also recently partnered with a newly opened gym on the Business Park. To encourage employees to join and actively participate in attending the gym we wholeheartedly support their commitment by contributing towards their membership fees by paying 50%. To ensure they continuously participate and receive the 50% contribution we ask that they attend at least 3 times per month.A number of bicycles are available to use for free of charge on the business park if employees fancy going for a ride at lunchtime. The employee is also able to loan the bike if they wish to cycle to work and haven't got a bike but wish to try it out before purchasing one.Yoga and pilates classes are available on the business park to all employees. The beginners classes run for a period of 14 weeks and are free of charge, after this the employee is able to join the improvers classes which are on a self funding basis.Private showers are available in the office for all employees to use. These are heavily used by employees who run, before and after working hours and during their lunch periods, around the park or participate to other sports activities organised by the park's management agency.
