H3. Health & Wellbeing Report

As part of our Zero Harm programme, we will include a section on health and wellbeing of our employees within our annual report by 2015.

We will monitor sickness absence rates at Group Head Office to determine patterns of behaviour and potential issues surrounding employee health.

Our aim is to demonstrate to our employees that their health matters to us and to assist, where possible, in increasing workplace health and wellbeing.
