BII promotes the 'Think' Challenge-25 campaign posters on their website, encouraging members to challenge anyone they believe to be under 25 to provide valid photo identification to prove they are over-18.BII also offers courses for door-staff, training them to identify valid forms of ID, spot fakes, and deal with any attempts to purchase alcohol under-age.BII also recently launched a series of newcomer events, free of charge, to educate those new to the trade on the importance of compliance with legislation, and of responsible retailing of alcohol, including thorough ID checks and prevention of under-age alcohol sales and consumption.
