H6. Staff Health Checks

Staff health checks are a fundamental part of our wellbeing programme and occupational health strategy.

An on-line tool 'My Wellbeing' is being rolled out accross our business in 2014-15.

We intend to promote this through incentive prizes periodically.

Our provider will issue anonymised reports to help us target our health promotion campaigns.

Areas highlighted for improvement e.g. alcohol consumption, activity, etc. are linked to information sources via the internet.

Physical health checks are being piloted with 1 on-site completed in May 2014 as a triall which will be followed by a further 6 sessions in June - July 2014.
