H3. Health & Wellbeing Report

-We currently have methods in place for collecting data and produce absence data reports, which go to the management board on a monthly basis. We are also in the process of putting into place a more robust system, to monitor staff absence. We will achieve this by working closely with our OH providers, HR team and the line managers. -We receive monthly reports from our health screen providers, Bupa which outlining our employees Health data, which is obtained through annual/bi annual health screens.Future plans: -We will look to include a health and wellbeing section including sickness absence rates, on our corporate social responsibilities website which will be accessible. We hope to have this in place by 2013.
