We will survey all of our suppliers and create a data base of products that do and critically don’t meet the FSA Salt Targets. We will do this by July 2013
We will then review each product group and assess those that don’t meet the current targets, and where practicable we will look to replace them with products that do meet the requirements, or work with our suppliers on reducing the salt content within their products
By doing this we not only target our teams to take actions, but maximise the opportunity through our supply chain.
