Physical Activity Network Stocktake event

Members of the Responsibility Deal Physical Activity network met on 28th October.

The purpose of the meeting was to enable members to explore the successes of the Network and the reasons for them, and how these might best be built upon to further improve the voluntary partnership.

Similar meetings are being held with the other RD networks and the main points emerging from all of the meetings will be discussed by the RD Plenary Group later in the year (papers and action note will be made available – see here for previous Plenary group discussions).

Presentations were made by Justin Varney, Public Health England (PHE) and Geoff Dessent, Deputy Director for Children and Young People, Physical Activity and Health at Work, Department of Health.

I have just bought a 120g bar of Nestle’s Crunch, the recommended serving is 3 pieces (?) per day. I would defy anyone to break that bar into any quantifiable sections. I struggled to get a small mouth size piece out – until – I used a toffee hammer and a sharp knife. I await your reply.
