Rocket Science Experiment
As part of Tim’s mission, 2kg of rocket seeds were sent to the ISS and were returned to Earth after six months on board. Thousands of UK schools took part in a national science experiment to compare the seeds against seeds that have stayed on our planet. Participating schools each received two packets of 100 seeds to grow and compare and a collection of fun, inspiring curriculum-linked teaching resources and posters.
