The ARISS (Amateur Radio on the ISS) calls with Tim Peake and UK schools has concluded after the final call with Kings School in Devon took place on Monday 09 May 2016, all 10 selected schools got the chance to ask Tim questions and had organised STEM out reach activities and planetarium visits aound the call.

During the calls there was a ‘world first’ at the Royal Masonic School in Rickmansworth on 11th February 2016, when HAM TV enabled video to be streamed over the radio airwaves. Tim appeared on the big screen and gave hundreds of students and teachers in the Great Hall a wave. This was the first time that a school had received HAM TV pictures from the ISS.
