Victims and witnesses are at the heart of the criminal justice system and we take our duties to victims and witnesses very seriously. Being fair and being seen to be fair are the cornerstones of everything we do. We aim to be transparent in what we do and keep you informed of our decisions.

CPS Advocate Panel

The CPS Advocate Panel is the list of external barristers eligible for instruction by the CPS to prosecute cases in court.

The annual window for applications to join the CPS Advocate Panel list at levels 2-4 is now closed, but applications to join at level 1 or to join the Rape Panel are accepted at any time.
