19th GSS Methodology Symposium, 3rd July 2014

The 19th GSS Methodology Symposium took place on Thursday 3rd July 2014 at the Westminster Conference Centre in London.

This  year's theme was Methodology, Innovation and Informing Policy. 

Keynote speakers for the event were David Porter, Head of Fraud Strategy at the SAS Institute, John Jerrim, lecturer in Economics and Social Statistics at the Institute of Education and Jaee Samant, Director, Labour Market, at the Department of Business, Innovation & Skills. 

There were parallel sessions on Informing Policy through Methodological Innovation, Survey Methods, the Quality Improvement Fund in Action, Administrative and Big Data, Census Methods and Innovations in Analysis.
