New content plans published online

New plans for simplified guidance on are now available for comment. These includes:

Animal Health and Welfare – On-Farm Animal Welfare

Animal Health and Welfare – Pet Animal Welfare

Animal Welfare during Transport

Bovine and non-bovine TB

Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs)

Groundwater Protection

Forests and Woodlands

Plant Health – Exports

Plant Health – Pest and Diseases

Plant Health – Plant Health Propagation Scheme (PHPS)

Plant Health – Plant Passporting

Plant Health – Plant Varieties and Seeds

Plant Health – Seed Potato Classification Scheme (SPCS)

Vegetarian and Vegan food labelling

The plans outlines proposed content for the new guidance.  There are also lists of existing guidance with recommendations for what should happen to this guidance when Defra’s agencies’ web content is moved to GOV.UK.

These plans will be available for comment until the 8th May 2015.
