Consolidation of animal feed law in Wales

This consultation seeks comment from enforcement authorities and food businesses on the consolidation of animal feed legislation in Wales.


Feed business operators (FBOs), including dairy farmers, who produce and supply animal feed. Enforcers of feed law. Feed examiners.

To raise awareness among animal feed business, dairy farming and enforcement stakeholders of the consolidation of animal feed legislation in Wales and to invite stakeholder comments on the draft legislation and associated impact assessment.

This consultation has been prepared in accordance with HM Government Consultation Principles. If an Impact Assessment (Business Regulatory Impact Assessment in Scotland) has been produced, this is included in the consultation documents. If no Impact Assessment has been provided, the reason will be given in the consultation document.
