Grant Funding Call 13/08: JISC/NEH Transatlantic Digitisation Collaboration Grants

JISC and the NEH invites institutions to submit funding proposals for digitisation projects in the humanities.  These grants provide funding for 18 months of development from August 2009.  All projects must be completed by the end of March 2011.

Funding of up to £600,000 (approximately $900,000) will be available to support digitisation projects in the humanities that will support international collaboration.  Awards for each project will range from £135,000-£200,000 (approximately $200,000 to $300,000) for a period of eighteen months to share between the two project partners.  Further information can be found below.

The deadline for receipt of proposals in response to this call is 12 noon on Thursday 26 March 2009.
