The Inquiry began with a series of events and seminars to spark debate and engage the public and professionals on the wider picture of how the media is working in Britain. Here you can look at who attended these events and what was said.  In the event, Lord Justice Leveson did not consider that further seminars were necessary during Part 1 of the Inquiry.
