Morning session

Lord Justice Leveson held a preliminary hearing on 4 October 2011 at the Royal Courts of Justice.  He considered the issues set out in Counsel’s note below, including the role of the assessors and the process for the Inquiry, and considered some additional applications for Core Participant status.
