You can telephone: 0300 057 1111 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (apart from Bank Holidays). Typetalk facilities are available.

You can fax: 0300 057 1212

We aim to reply to your initial contact within ten working days.

Please note that we are only able to help with complaints about HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) and The Insolvency Service.

We are unable to accept complaints or enquiries by e-mail.
