    as chair of YORK CARERS FORUM I am very awear of many carers feeling very much on thier own, In York YCF are trying to get the NHS help identify carers of people in hospital, and needing giving some advice on back care.
    Helping to identify hiden carers and help with back problems with carers.

    I don’t understand why you’re concerned that people are lonely – in most cases it’s a choice that they have made. Of course you might have a list of people who would welcome a visitor/friend. If I were to become a befriender would you be able to let me know who the contact was? and could the first meeting be between the 3 of us.
