Service Delivery Management

The Service Delivery team is responsible for the overall management and control of resources required to provide an efficient and cost-effective implementation and support service to stakeholders, which is continuously responsive to changing business and stakeholder requirements.

Providing service management and support services to a number of customer groups and for a range of products, support calls are logged via the National Help Desk based in Exeter. Full terms and conditions for each service are detailed in the individual Service Level Agreements.

Calls for assistance are handled by a national support team which is based at various strategic locations:

  • Exeter

  • Leeds

  • London

  • Newcastle

  • Redditch

Formal Service Review meetings are conducted annually (at a minimum) and will be arranged by your local Service Delivery Manager. Additionally, should you have any queries regarding the service or require a site visit to address any ad hoc training needs, please raise these with your local Service Delivery Manager in the first instance.
