Communications resources

We will be publishing a range of communication resources to support local NHS staff to communicate and raise awareness about the Calculating Quality Reporting Service (CQRS). These will be added to on an ongoing basis so please make sure to check this page regularly.

  • CQRS factsheet (PDF, 56.0kB) - a two page, high level overview of CQRS.
  • CQRS presentation (PPS, 205.5kB) - a brief slide deck designed to provide background on CQRS, its scope, benefits and how it will be introduced. It can be used at local meetings to provide NHS colleagues with a basic overview of the new service.
  • CQRS user story (PPS, 1.6MB) - This user story covers the path that a Service Provider user would take from initially logging in to the system through to participation management, data submission, achievement and reporting.
  • CQRS FAQs - these FAQs are based on the questions asked to date by NHS staff and other stakeholders. They're being constantly updated as we respond to new questions. If you have a question that's not covered please get in touch.
  • Andrew King, a business practice manager in Harrogate explains the benefits that CQRS will provide to him and his GP practice.
  • Practice manager Vanessa Young explains how she is looking forward to reduced administration.

If you have any ideas for other resources that may help us to get the CQRS message across, please email us at cfh.cqrsfeedback@nhs.net - we'd love to hear from you.

CQRS communications

Please find below an archive of our CQRS communications which are provided to our subscribers.

The updates aim to deliver regular updates on CQRS, as well as guidance on registering for training and links to other resources.

CQRS will be of interest to GP practices and NHS Commissioning Board Area Teams as the service will be used for the QOF and other services such as nationally commissioned clinical Directed Enhanced Services.
